How to use Supreme CBD Uplifting Face Cream 700mg 100ml

For best results, use once or twice daily in the morning and evening after cleansing the face. Gently massage the cream into your face and neck using small upward, circular motions ensuring the product does not come into contact with your eyes. If the product does get into the eyes please rinse thoroughly and seek medical advice. If irritation occurs please discontinue use.

1. DISPATCH TIMES

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday–Friday) on the same working day.

However, during busy periods, dispatch may take up to 3 working days.

Orders placed after 2:00pm will normally be processed the next working day (Monday–Friday).

We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery timeframes begin once the order has been dispatched, not from the time of purchase.

2. DISPATCH DELAYS & MONDAY EXCEPTION

Due to high order volumes following weekends, Monday dispatch cannot always be guaranteed.

In some cases, orders placed over the weekend or on a Monday may be dispatched on Tuesday.

Where a bank holiday falls on a Monday, dispatch may also be delayed to the next working day.

3. COURIERS & TRACKING

We use a range of trusted UK couriers depending on order size, weight, and destination, including:

8. DELAYED, LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If an item has not been delivered within 7 working days after the expected delivery date, we will raise a formal investigation with the courier.
