U-Tech Coil Technology

The PockeX coils use Aspire's U-Tech design, which directs airflow around the coil twice before the vapour reaches the mouthpiece. This design is intended to enhance the interaction between the vapour and e-liquid for a flavour-focused vaping experience.

Choose Your Resistance

0.6Ω Coil

The 0.6Ω option is designed for a more open vaping experience with denser vapour production. It can suit vapers who prefer a hybrid or more cloud-focused style and typically use lower nicotine strengths.

1.2Ω Coil

The 1.2Ω option provides a more restricted mouth-to-lung (MTL) vape, making it suitable for vapers who prefer a tighter draw and typically use higher nicotine-strength e-liquids.

Coil Lifespan & Maintenance

Coil lifespan varies depending on factors such as vaping frequency, e-liquid composition, power settings and puff duration. With appropriate care, a coil can typically last around 1–4 weeks, although individual results will vary.

To help maximise coil life:

Prime a new coil before use
Keep the tank adequately filled
Avoid allowing the coil to run dry
Stay within the recommended wattage range
Use an appropriate VG e-liquid ratio
Allow the coil to saturate fully before vaping

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed with LJVapes.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

1. DISPATCH TIMES

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday–Friday) on the same working day.

Orders placed after 2:00pm will normally be processed the next working day (Monday–Friday).

We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery timeframes begin once the order has been dispatched, not from the time of purchase.

2. BANK HOLIDAYS

We do not despatch any order on bank holidays, these will be sent the next working day with the selected shipping option.

3. COURIERS & TRACKING

We use a range of trusted UK couriers depending on order size, weight, and destination, including:

Tracking information will be sent by email once your shipping label has been created in our warehouse.

Please note: tracking may not update immediately until the parcel has been scanned by the courier network.

5. SHIPPING COSTS

For orders requiring multiple shipping services (based on size/weight), additional charges may apply.

We no longer use untracked delivery services due to loss and insurance limitations with third-party couriers.

6. FREE SHIPPING

We offer free UK shipping on orders over £30.

8. DELAYED, LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

In rare cases, parcels may be delayed, damaged, or lost in transit.

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier.

We must allow courier investigation processes to complete before issuing replacements or refunds.

If an item has not been delivered within 7 working days after the expected delivery date, we will raise a formal investigation with the courier.

9. COURIER INVESTIGATIONS

In the event of a disputed delivery, we will open an investigation with the relevant courier.

We are required to follow the outcome of the courier’s investigation, which will determine the next steps (replacement or refund where applicable).

10. MISSING ITEMS OR ORDER ERRORS

If you believe an item is missing from your order, please check all packaging thoroughly before contacting us.

Missing items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.

We may carry out an internal investigation, including warehouse checks and courier verification, which can take up to 5 working days.

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

11. SHIPPING TRANSPARENCY

We aim to keep customers informed throughout the fulfilment process. However, dispatch and delivery updates may be subject to courier systems and external delays.
