The PockeX Coils feature the innovative U-Tech coil technology. This unique design passes the airflow twice around the coil, ensuring the vapour absorbs more flavour, enhancing your overall vaping experience. The 0.6Ω coil is ideal for those who prefer hybrid sub vaping. This coil creates thicker, denser vapour and is perfect for vapers who want more clouds and prefer a lower nicotine dosage. The 1.2Ω coil, on the other hand, is designed for those who favour mouth-to-lung vaping. This coil offers a more restricted vape and is ideal for vapers who prefer a higher nicotine dosage without compromising on flavour.

Like all Aspire products, the PockeX coils come with Aspire’s genuine product check code, so you can be assured of their authenticity and quality. They work well with Aspire PockeX and Aspire PockeX Box devices, giving you the flexibility to use them with your favourite Aspire devices. These coils are designed to last However, the lifespan of the coil can vary depending on several factors, including the duration of your puffs, the type of e-liquid you use, and the wattage at which you use your coil. To extend the life of your coil, we recommend priming the coil before usage, using e-liquid with the right VG:PG ratios, not exceeding the recommended wattage, and keeping your tank topped up so that the coil never dries out. With proper care, your coil can last anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks.

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed with LJVapes.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

1. DISPATCH TIMES

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday–Friday) on the same working day.

However, during busy periods, dispatch may take up to 3 working days.

Orders placed after 2:00pm will normally be processed the next working day (Monday–Friday).

We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery timeframes begin once the order has been dispatched, not from the time of purchase.

2. DISPATCH DELAYS & MONDAY EXCEPTION

Due to high order volumes following weekends, Monday dispatch cannot always be guaranteed.

In some cases, orders placed over the weekend or on a Monday may be dispatched on Tuesday.

Where a bank holiday falls on a Monday, dispatch may also be delayed to the next working day.

3. COURIERS & TRACKING

We use a range of trusted UK couriers depending on order size, weight, and destination, including:

Evri (where applicable)

Tracking information will be sent by email once your shipping label has been created in our warehouse.

Please note: tracking may not update immediately until the parcel has been scanned by the courier network.

We no longer use untracked delivery services due to loss and insurance limitations with third-party couriers.

8. DELAYED, LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

In rare cases, parcels may be delayed, damaged, or lost in transit.

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier.

We must allow courier investigation processes to complete before issuing replacements or refunds.

If an item has not been delivered within 7 working days after the expected delivery date, we will raise a formal investigation with the courier.

9. COURIER INVESTIGATIONS

In the event of a disputed delivery, we will open an investigation with the relevant courier.

We are required to follow the outcome of the courier’s investigation, which will determine the next steps (replacement or refund where applicable).

10. MISSING ITEMS OR ORDER ERRORS

If you believe an item is missing from your order, please check all packaging thoroughly before contacting us.

Missing items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.

We may carry out an internal investigation, including warehouse checks and courier verification, which can take up to 5 working days.

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

11. SHIPPING TRANSPARENCY

We aim to keep customers informed throughout the fulfilment process. However, dispatch and delivery updates may be subject to courier systems and external delays.
